These terms form the agreement between you and LifeInbox. Please read them carefully — by using the Service, you agree to everything below.
By accessing or using the LifeInbox website and browser extension (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
LifeInbox analyzes the inbox content visible on your Gmail page to surface tasks, deadlines, commitments, subscriptions, and other life-administration insights. It is intended to assist you and to complement — not replace — your own judgment and record-keeping.
Automated insights are not guaranteed. The Service uses automated analysis of limited preview text (sender, subject, snippet) that may misclassify, miss, or misinterpret items. You are responsible for verifying anything important — deadlines, payments, legal or medical matters — directly from the original source.
LifeInbox uses Google Sign-In solely to identify your account (name, email, and profile picture). It does not request access to your Gmail account and does not use the Gmail API.
The browser extension reads only the sender, subject, and snippet of emails visible on your Gmail page, and only when you trigger a sync, to generate your insights. It never sends, modifies, or deletes your emails. You can stop this at any time by uninstalling the extension or revoking sign-in from your Google Account settings.
Features, limits, and pricing may change over time. We will communicate material changes through the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your own inbox data), is owned by the Service operator and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Your inbox data remains yours; you grant only the limited rights necessary for the Service to operate.
The Service relies on third parties — including hosting, automated-analysis processors, and a payment provider. Your use of features that depend on these parties may also be subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third-party services.
As-is. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights will be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or missed deadlines, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end, and provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
